The property is accessed by way of a private bridge crossing the Afon Roe river ensuring privacy for guests wanting to relax in the wood burning hot tub or congregate around the fire pit during the evening.
The flamboyant interior is an eclectic feast for the eyes which incorporates both vintage and present day pieces of art, textiles, ceramics and design. There are four double bedrooms, two boasting super king-size beds (one with an en suite bathroom, the other with an en suite shower room), and two with king-size beds (one with en suite shower room). There is also a bunk bedroom (suitable for 4-16 year olds). The family bathroom features a freestanding bath and separate shower, and there are also separate WCs on both the ground and first floors.

Practicalities
There is ample parking for five cars at Ty Pandy on the driveway. The kitchen features a large American fridge-freezer, wine fridge, microwave combi oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, two electric ovens and a five-ring gas hob. There is also a washer, dryer and cleaning products in the stylish utility room, along with extra little toiletries for those forgotten! Whilst the garden is enclosed and has been designed with dogs and children in mind, due to livestock in nearby fields dogs are to be supervised at all times. Please watch children by the water and steer clear of the protected woodland.
