We have compiled answers to some of the most common questions to help you plan your stay with us. Whether you’re curious about accessibility, amenities, or what makes our property special, this page is designed to provide you with all the information you need for a memorable visit to Snowdonia.
Guests pay a cautionary deposit in cleared funds one week prior to their arrival, the value of which is dependent on the number of guests that your property can accommodate. The purpose of the cautionary deposit is to act as a deterrent for negligent behaviour. We do not see the cautionary deposit as funds to be utilised for minor accidental breakages, or the expected wear and tear that occurs through ownership of a popular rental property, and as such anything under the value of £50 for replacement or rectification would fall into the wear and tear category. Where more costly damage occurs, we would suggest that you claim on your insurance.
Each adult room has a hairdryer for you to use during your stay.
Each bathroom has 4 luxury guest bath sheets as well as hand towels. We also provide plush bathrobes and disposable slippers for our adult guests to use during your stay.
Yes, up to five cars can be accommodated at the property. The access to the property is via a vehicular bridge that crosses the river Roe, so no HGV vehicles can enter due to width restrictions. When entering the property guests should park straight ahead. Please do not turn left and park in front of the kitchen door access as this prevents emergency access and requires you to drive over land drains.
